"Service department did everything right." you can imagine how having the service light come on 36 hours after my purchase could be considered a bad omen, but I understand these things happen.They provided a rental car free of charge!! I picked the car up By 5pm.

I just had hip surgery so my father went to the dealer to assist me with purchasing my new car. Rich was the saleman who worked with my father on the trade in of my focus and purchase of the new fiesta. Everything was set prior to me coming to the dealership (with my walker) to review and sign paperwork. Our entire family drives ford cars as my father is a ford retiree. My father also commented on the excellent service he recieved as he assisted me with this process

Chris, Thank you (and Kevin) for being so helpful and honest with me. Most of all I appreciate you respecting my time. I greatly dislike the car buying process even with the Z plan. As the Owner of a Company myself I have a very short attention span and no patience or time for dealing with the nonsense that is inherent in your industry. Today my wife annonced to me that her left hand tund signal was acting strange. Further examination revealed it to be merely a burned out bulb.I figured all we needed was to get a new one at the parts department as when we arrived to the dealershio, it was after 5p.m. and my "Favorite" service manager Mark Hampton would surely be gone for the day. I pressed on to "figure-it-out" for myself. It was at this time that Mr.Pat Briscoe saw my dilemma and offered to show me just how simple it was to do..... Ford obviously spends millions of dollars to advertise itself. Mr. Briscoe did more for me today then all that. I will always be a Ford owner, and for his part, Pat is a big reason why.
